My AI Policy

I’m writing this in the early days of Artificial Intelligence, but as the technology develops new issues may come to light. In the spirit of transparency and curiosity, I reserve the right to make changes to this policy at any time.

Guided By Curiosity, Tempered By Caution.

I look forward to the innovations Artificial Intelligence will bring us. That said, I also recognize the damage brand new technologies can do in the wrong hands. In addition, A.I. has a unique set of challenges since it was born from theft of creative human minds with no respect for their legal rights.

I therefore state the following stance reguarding A.I. and its use in my work.

  1. No part of my website or work may be used to train A.I. systems, or generate new content with the assistance of A.I.

  2. Any part of my website or work which has knowlingly been created with A.I. will be expressly annotated as such.

  3. While I fully support every human’s right to not use A.I. if they choose, I expect the same respect from others if and when I choose to use A.I.
